Notice Description

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) are considering a requirement to develop a Tranexamic Acid Auto-Injector (TXA AI) containing 500mg/5ml formulation as soon as is technically possible, to reduce the need for clinical trials and gain UK MoD approval for off licence use. The UK MoD may subsequently seek an AI containing an improved formulation of TXA, by increasing concentration and reducing volume.
