This opportunity is advertised on https://open-uk.org/ - all tender documents can be accessed on OPEN Framework for the provision of Keeping Well Services (Care & Support at Home for Adults over 18 Years) Services that are being commissioned under this Framework are: Service 1 Lots 1 to 5 - Care & Support at Home * Lot 1 - Sunderland East * Lot 2 - Sunderland West * Lot 3 - Coalfields * Lot 4 - Washington * Lot 5 - Sunderland North Service 2 - Lot 6 - Care and Support in the Home: Overnight Care Service 3 - Lot 7 - Live in Care Service Service 4 - Lot 8 - Carer Support Service (Carer Relief) Service 5 - Lot 9 - Support Services (Ad-Hoc) Care and Support in the Home The framework will be awarded as follows: Lots 1 to 5 - single contractor for each geographical locality area lot as stated above. All framework orders will be directly placed with the contracted provider. Lot 6 - single contractor lot covering all locality areas citywide. All framework orders will be directly placed with contracted provider. Lot 7 - single contractor lot covering all locality areas citywide. All framework orders will be directly placed with contracted provider. Lot 8 - single contractor lot covering all locality areas citywide. All framework orders will be directly placed with contracted provider. Lot 9 - multiple contractor lot covering all locality areas citywide by further competition or direct award There is no restriction to the number of lots a bidder can submit however, for lots 1 to 5, a bidder can only be successful for 1 out of the 5 lots available* *Please ensure you read the Instructions section in full for details regarding the Referral (call off) process and evaluation award criteria.
