NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 March 2022 for the following reason: Extension of time provided for tender return for 14th April @ 12noon(Asbestos removal, disposal of furniture and debris, soft strip of finishes and internal non-low bearing partitions, wall fittings & linings, floor finishes, ceiling tiles, boxed in columns, sanitary and kitchen fittings, mechanical and electrical strip out including plant on roof.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
