Cheltenham Borough Council has aspirations to make significant uplifts to the quality of the towns public realm, the first of these changes is a major upgrade to parts of the town's High Street. The project area for this first project forms part of the eastern arm of the High Street, as part of the High St East Master plan, which is at early design stage. The council is seeking professional services to assist in delivering the first part of this vision and carrying it through to completion on site in 2018.
