Support to the Council in driving forward the newly procured Joint Venture with Swan Housing for the Better Queensway scheme. The key elements of service required are as follows: * Support to the Shareholder Board - Strategic and financial support to the Shareholder Board, the key Member governance group for the LLP * Support to the Operational Group - Operational and strategic support to the Operational Group - the governance group for each of the workstreams delivering the Council's obligations for the project. * Support to the Project Lead - Operational and strategic support to the PMO lead who is responsible for driving forward the BQ project within the Council. * Other Support - Ongoing ad hoc advice as required around strategy, operations and finance.
