St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the CRSTS Highway Capital Maintenance Programme 2024/25 - Carriageway Resurfacing Works (Bulk Tender Number 2). Carriageway resurfacing will be on the following roads: 1. Coldstone Drive - Billinge & Seneley Green 2. Garswood Road - Billinge & Seneley Green 3. Leyland Green Road - Billinge & Seneley Green 4. Strange Road - Billinge & Seneley Green 5. Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green 6. Avon Road & Trent Road - Billinge & Seneley Green 7. Whiteside Road - Blackbrook 8. Clipsley Lane - Haydock 9. Penny Lane - Haydock 10. Queens Road - Haydock 11. Mercer Street - Newton East 12. Mill Lane - Newton East 13. Wargrave Road - Newton East 14. Queens Drive - Newton West 15. Broad Oak Road - Parr 16.
