Norfolk County Council wish to appoint a contractor for Construction works with traditional specification for an educational establishment of approximately 5,000m2 spread over 3 storeys with associated landscape and outdoor facilities on a greenfield site. The construction period is currently scheduled to be approximately 17 months. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system.
