Notice Description

Royal Borough of Kingston awarded a 12 months contract with an option to extend for further one year to Gurkha Security Services for the provision of Security Services and CCTV Monitoring in accordance with Public Contract Regulation 2015 Regulation 32. Explanation: An Open Procedure procurement exercise for Security and CCTV Monitoring Services was conducted by the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames which returned no suitable tenders. This was due to non-compliance of the bids received with the Council's requirements. Therefore, in accordance with Regulation 32(2) (a) of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (PCR 2015), the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames awarded a contract for the provision of Security and CCTV Monitoring Services following the conduct of a Negotiated Procedure without prior publication of a notice.
