Notice Description

The Intellectual Property office (IPO) is conducting Early Market Engagement (Engagement) for the provision of publishing and print services relating to Reports of Patent, Design and Trade Mark Case Law reports (RPCs). The RPCs are a leading set of law reports focussing on Intellectual Property Law, with a broad readership within the IP community both within the UK and worldwide. It is envisaged that the publication process will include all production aspects, i.e. paper, printing, binding and efficient distribution and delivery to subscribers. The purpose of the Engagement is to provide the market with the opportunity to influence the potential structure of the proposed tender process. This PIN does not constitute a 'call for competition'.
