Derbyshire County Council are looking to appoint a fully accredited Principal Contractor to carry out a single storey extension construction works to a property located in Breaston, Derby. To demolish existing brick external store and construct a single storey extension to provide 2 downstairs bedrooms and a refurbished WC.
