Notice Description

Southend on Sea Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the refurbishment of the carriage and wagon shed to provide a new internal layout which when complete will be a heritage centre. The contract will be awarded under a JCT Design & Build 2016 form of contract (with Designer's portion specified). Organisations will be required to demonstrate skill, knowledge and experience of delivering alternative uses to listed heritage buildings. The procurement process will be conducted electronically via the Council's e-tender facility Procontract: https://procurement.southend.gov.uk/ You will need to register on the system, Express an Interest in this opportunity E-TENDER Project Id: DN446533 , then look at My Opportunities where you will be able to find and view all the tender documents.
