Specific details are all contained on drawings No: AR(T)-01, AR(T)-02, AR(T)-03 and AR(T)-04. Potential builders must verify all measurements, dimensions, levels, drain and sewer positions and all service locations prior to commencement. Building Reg approval currently being obtained for these works. Closing date Wednesday 21 December 2016 at 17:00hrs
