TVCA are seeking to procure a sole provider framework covering monitoring equipment capable of collecting cycling and pedestrian flows on our Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) priority corridors. The framework will be accessed through call off agreements with TVCA and the five Tees Valley local authorities (Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council). Please note this process is being conducted via the NEPO portal (www.nepo.org). In order to access tender documentation, register as a supplier on the portal (registration is free), locate the opportunity (search - opportunities, Stockton Borough Council), once located express an interest, and you will receive full access to the tender documentation.
