Peterborough City Council is utilising the YPO Enforcement Agency Services Dynamic Purchasing System ref: 953 to conduct a further competition to award up to three concessions contracts to providers offering Enforcement Agency Services. The contract value is the cost to debtors through statutory fees, not cost to Council. It is anticipated that the total value to the Suppliers is one million pounds
