Support & Maintenance of the Mercator Cartographic Production System (MCPS). This is for reasons connected with the protection of exclusive design rights; Mercator is a proprietary product owned wholly by 1Spatial Group Limited and such services cannot be provided without access to that information. The Contract has already been awarded and this notice is being published to meet Transparency obligations only.
