Riverside Total Disrepair Solutions Framework
Notice Description
Riverside are procuring a new framework for the delivery of disrepair and complex work in England and Wales. This framework will comprise 12 regional lots, across two value bands. Lots 1a-1l will cover work up to PS500k and Lots 2a - 2l will cover works over PS500k. The scope of the framework will also include, WIP management and responsive repairs support, minor work and voids support services. The framework will have the flexibility for authorised users to call off individual projects and long term support as required.
