Notice Description

Kettering Borough Council are inviting quotations for the installation of necessary hardware to both ceremony rooms, waiting rooms and porte cocheres at Warren Hill Crematorium, Rothwell Road, Kettering which permits high quality audio and visual requests (not in porte cocheres) to be played. Supply and install screens to both ceremony rooms and both waiting rooms and speakers to both ceremony rooms, waiting rooms and porte cocheres. Supply microphones to both ceremony rooms to be used at the lectern and working through the new audio system. Full details of the requirements can be found in the accompanying ITQ documents. NOTE: This project is time critical - the project has to be undertaken, completed and the equipment functional without any fault by the 29th February 2020, unfortunately there is no flexibility on the procurement timeline. Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the Councils procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not participate and or submit a bid. The procurement timescales and deadlines are: 1. Invitation to Quotation published on Contracts Finder - 4th December 2019 2. Deadline for Clarification Questions by the bidders - 12 Noon on 10th December 2019 3. Deadline for Quotation Responses - 12 noon on 16th December 2019 4. Quotation Evaluation - 18th December 2019 5. Award Decision - w/c 23rd December 2019 6. Proposed Contract Start Date - 6th January 2020 7.
