Notice Description

Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking an experienced promoter to produce and manage a 'one off' spectacular event for the summer of 2021 across our six borough towns. This is an ERDF funded programme of work and we are seeking quotations from suitable suppliers. This commission will commence in July 2021 and complete in early September 2021. Exact dates will be confirmed at contract award, but suppliers must be ready to start work on their proposal and able to deliver over the Summer of 2021 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
