Notice Description
In 2021, the Customer prepared its assessment of its proposed bus franchising scheme (the "Business Case") in accordance with the Bus Services Act 2017. The Customer subsequently decided to proceed to the next step in the development of a bus franchising business case by instructing Supplier to prepare a report on the Customer's preparation of the Business Case.
