Notice Description
Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for the conversion, extension and refurbishment of existing building at 18 Waterloo Square and 75 High Street, Bognor Regis, PO21 1SU. The works comprise of the conversion of an existing commercial building to create a single ground floor retail unit with two residential flats above, one per floor, internal and external repairs to existing buildings, internal alterations and refurbishment and re-building of roof dormer. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
