Scope - De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for : Alteration and refurbishment of existing classrooms into new computer labs. * Refurbishment of corridors * Removal of existing closed reception counter and fittings and installation of new partition wall. * New doors, frames ironmongery * New ceiling grids and ceiling tiles * Creation of new opening for screens and doors * New floor finishes * Redecoration of walls and woodwork.
