Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') on behalf of Herts FullStop carried out a procurement for the provision of Washroom Paper Disposables & Dispensers (hereinafter referred to as 'Goods') to supply the Goods under a Framework Agreement. This Framework has been awarded on 10/08/2021.
