* A pedestal mounted cabinet includes PC, monitor, printer and remote control * Additional wall mounted digital display screen for test results The brake roller needs to test for the following - * Integrated weighing system. * Single wheel drag * Brake ovality on single wheels and percentage difference * Maximum braking force on single wheel, on axle and total * Maximum percentage unbalance of braking force * Total percentage efficiency of braking system * Percentage efficiency of handbrake * Braking capacity split between front and rear axle * Axle weight * DVSA's DTp (now Dft) number database installed. * Ability to test 4x4 vehicles * Can test in Reverse mode * Needs to be an automated and 2 person test lane * Needs to be manual and automatic test procedure
