Notice Description
The works covered by this contract will consist primarily of resurfacing pathways, driveways and paving to Radian's residential buildings and blocks however, there will also be a requirement to resurface larger areas on occasions such as car parks and access roads so the contractor will need to have the skills and experience in both disciplines Additional information: The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/radian/aspx/Home Interested parties will need to register their interest in the project on In-Tend (our e-tendering portal) to gain access to the tender documents. Any queries should be raised via the Correspondence function of In-Tend. Should the portal not be functioning please contact procurement@radian.co.uk Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : Yes
