Notice Description
Elmbridge Borough Council (EBC) is approaching the market with the view of getting an experienced contractor to resurface the tarmac at Surbiton Hockey Club. The works will ensure that the tarmac is left with a smooth even surface with no dips or cracking to the car park surface and that it will not leave water standing in wet conditions.
