Estate Regeneration Opportunity - Developers Information Day Join us for an exciting opportunity to hear from the Mayor of Tower Hamlets and learn more about the HAP Estate Regeneration Project! This in-person event will take place on Tuesday February 06, 2024 at 13:00 - 15:00. Location: Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ, UK. This event aims to provide developers with valuable insights and information about this estate regeneration project within Tower Hamlets. It's an excellent chance to learn about the project's scope, explore potential collaboration opportunities and hear how this scheme will be put to the market. The proposed design to be submitted in March will deliver 407 new homes, including 63 replacement homes for families within the existing estate. The project will also deliver a replacement community building.
