The successful bidder (the Operator) will fit-out, market, operate and manage the commercial space on the ground floor of 205 Holland Park Avenue, London W11 4XB, a new mixed use development. Additional information: This procurement is being executed through the Authority's electronic procurement portal, capitalEsourcing. The procurement documents are available to registered users for immediate, electronic download. NOTE: The published contract end date is notional.
