Summary of the contracting process

The Imperial War Museum based in London is currently planning a tender for the "User Research Programme," aimed at improving the user experience of their website. This open procurement process is classified under research services and has a budget of £50,000. The tender period will close on 27th July 2018, with the contract duration scheduled to start on 13th August 2018, lasting until 28th February 2019. This opportunity presents a significant avenue for growth, particularly appealing to businesses specialising in user research, digital usability testing, and web development. Companies that focus on user experience analysis, design, and consultation would be well-positioned to compete for this contract. By engaging in this procurement, firms can not only potentially secure funding but also contribute to the enhancement of a prominent institution's digital services, thereby increasing their exposure and portfolio.
