Notice Description

Hartlepool Borough Council is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced organisation with the capacity to deliver a framework agreement for a highway maintenance resurfacing service with cold planning and ancillary works within the borough of Hartlepool and any other agreed areas. The Framework will commence on 20th June 2021 for a period of 3 years subject to funding with the potential for a further 1 x 12 month extension subject to funding and performance. Full details of the tender process and evaluation are provided in the tender documents. Interested Organisation wishing to register an interest and download the tender documents, should apply via the ProContract e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com All completed documentation for this tender process must be uploaded via the ProContract e-tendering portal Only and submitted no later than 14:00 hours on Wednesday 31st March 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted. (Postal and e-mail submissions will also not be accepted.)
