Contract for the Provision of Asset and Portfolio Valuation Services
Notice Description
Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a Contractor to provide asset valuation services, building reinstatement valuations and also to provide a quarterly valuation of the assets comprising the Council's acquisitions portfolio (Capital Portfolio Fund). The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open Route. Only bidders who hold a RICS Registered Valuer Qualification will be considered for this contract, bidders who do not hold this qualification will be disqualified from the process. The deadline for submission to Procontract Due North is 11:00am Friday 17th July 2020 Ref: DN481328 https://procontract.due-north.com/Login
