Virtual Wallet - a stand-alone digital platform to host all required personal budget service models i.e. direct payments, in-house managed accounts The platform will facilitate the payment mechanisms for personal budgets, providing an online platform akin to an online bank account with a curated e-marketplace through which care and support services can be accessed and where budgets can be managed and monitored.
