Notice Title

GB-London: Support contract for the MS Navision platform

Notice Description

The V&A has a requirement for a new support contract for the MS Navision system and its associated retail tills and integrations. The current incumbent installed and configured the system and has supported it for several years, but they have now elected to cease the contract with the V&A. The V&A is therefore looking for an organisation to become the MS Navision strategic partner providing day to day support for the Retail system, the Retail tills and the associated integrations. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
