Notice Description

The University is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Agreement to provide high access and abseiling services, as an alternative to scaffolding. We are seeking suitably qualified contractors to carry out a variety of works on The University of Bath buildings, on a planned and reactive, ad-hoc basis. The types of High-Level works requiring rope access are, but not limited to: (NB: For inclusion in the framework, a supplier is not required to offer all of the below services). *Roof and Building Inspections *Roof and Building Maintenance *Leak Detection *Masonry Work *Gutter and Rainwater Goods Maintenance *High Level building maintenance projects *Cleaning *Jet Washing *Window Cleaning *Media (banners etc.) *High Level Light fixings maintenance Confined Spaces Work may include: *Extraction and Duct work cleaning *Dry Riser Works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
