The Council are seeking a supplier for the Construction of a single-story extension for an invalid bedroom and bathroom, Internal and external refurbishment of the property and installation of wheelchair ramps to 260 Long Road Canvey Island Essex SS8 0JS. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
