Invitation to Tender - Small Building Works including Painting & Decorating, Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical
Notice Description
Wirral Community Health & Care NHS Foundation Trust provides high quality primary, community and public health services to the population of Wirral, parts of Cheshire, St Helens and Knowsley. We play a key role in the local health and social care economy working in partnership to provide high quality integrated care to the communities we serves. Our expert teams provide a diverse range of community healthcare services, seeing and treating people right through their lives both at home and close to home. We have an excellent clinical reputation employing over 2000 members of staff, 90% of who are in patient-facing roles. Our workforce represents over 70% of the costs of the organisation, and are our most important and valued resource. Our services are local and community-based, provided from around 50 sites across mainly Wirral, Cheshire East, St Helens and Knowsley including our main clinical bases, St Catherine's Health Centre in Birkenhead and Victoria Central Health Centre in Wallasey. We are also commissioned to deliver podiatry services outside of Wirral by West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group. Since October 2015 we have provided integrated 0-19 services in Cheshire East comprising health visiting, school nursing, family nurse partnership and breastfeeding support services from 13 bases. We have no inpatient beds; however we provide in-reach support into the local acute trust, residential and nursing homes across Wirral We are interested in receiving expressions of interest at this stage from supplier who can provide the following services to the Trust which includes small building works, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting and decorating, roofing and decorating. The Trust has a capital budget which varies from year to year depending on funding so there is no guaranteed schedule of works, although over the past two years this has been approximately PS1.5 million. We therefore are looking to partner with a preferred supplier when the need arises At this stage please express interest on the Pro- Contract Portal operated by Proactis or make contact on the email below. Once expressions of interest stage has completed we will send out the Invitation to Tender to suppliers Further information such as ITT, SQ, Specification etc will be sent to suppliers when the expressions of interest stage has been completed The Project ID on Pro contract is is DN594092
