Children in care digital hub development
Notice Description
We are tendering for a new Digital Hub for children in care and care leavers. We wish to appoint a company to undertake the following: Design building and hosting of a digital hub for children and young people with care experience. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the following elements through their proposal. All of which are detailed in the attachments included with this notice: Design Functionality Accessibility Administration Hosting & Maintenance Technical Additional information: Clarification on ITT to be received by: 22nd November 17 Deadline for responses: 5pm on Wednesday 29th November 17 Any submission received after the deadline specified above will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made for any reason. However, the Children's Commissioner's Office may, at its own absolute discretion, extend the closing date and time for receipt of tenders specified above without request. Any such extension will apply to all tenders.
