The Council is seeking an operator to run its Stable Cafe. The cafe is located at the heart of the Hylands Estate next to the Grade II* listed Hylands House. Hylands Estate attracts over 800,000 visitors a year. Visitors come to walk, enjoy the adventure play area or attend one of its many and varied events. The Council will be running a two stage process with negotiation. The first stage requires the submission of a proposal document.
