Sandwell Urban Bike Park
Notice Description
Sandwell Urban Bike Park The 58-hectare site is located in Sandwell Valley, an oasis of 'Green Belt' land in the heart of the West Midlands Conurbation. The secondary road of Park Lane running north - south bisects the site into two halves. West of Park Lane the site forms part of the Local Nature Reserve of Sandwell Valley Park, owned and managed by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and covers an area of 41 ha. To the East is the northern part of former Birmingham City Council site known as Hill Top Golf Course, currently leased to Mytime Active and undergoing major redevelopment, it covers a smaller area of 17 ha. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents. In Order To View and Submit a Tender, you will be required to' Opt-In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
