Establishment of a Framework for the Provision of Mechanical and Associated Works Framework for works up to a value of PS250,000
Notice Description
Wigan Council intends to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework covering Mechanical and associated works. The framework will consist of 2 lots. Lot 1 will have a value of up to PS100,000 and lot 2 will have a value of from PS100,000 to PS250,000. Potential providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their direct supply chain. The duration of the framework will be over a 4 year period (2018 - 2022) and has an approximate value of PS4 million. The framework will be open for use to all departments within Wigan Council and schools within Wigan borough. There will be potential for partner organisations or other areas of the Council to use the framework e.g. Academies, Diocese, WLCT etc. The Council makes no guarantee as to the volume of business on offer. The Council is looking to appoint between 5-6 contractors per lot. These will be the top 5-6 highest scoring bidders provided there are sufficient compliant and satisfactory responses within the tender. The scope of works within this framework is mechanical and associated works.This includes, but is not limited to, boiler replacement, alterations to heating systems, pump replacement and the like.
