Notice Title

GMCA 1145 Phase II Little Lion Research evaluation of GM leadership programme for SMEs

Notice Description

An evaluation of OPEN SME delivery for Phase II of the programme. The evaluation needs to: * Assess the extent to which 2024/25 delivery meets the strategic aims set out in MMU's OPEN SME Phase 2 delivery plan; these being to enlarge, extend, enhance, engage, and empower OPEN SME users through developments in the site content and functionality. * Give the MMU team evidence on what OPEN SME content to refresh and/or redesign, and what material could be added to the site. * Generate data that is comparable to evaluation data collected to date so that the evolution of OPEN SME can be described and assessed. * Assess OPEN SME's integration with other business support services in GM given the website will become separate to other funded business support services. * Fill gaps in the knowledge base around how to engage GM SMEs in leadership and management training, and the impact support has on SMEs' economic performance.
