Notice Description
Removal or isolation of old, failed wall ties covering an area of 1015m2 at Monkwearmouth Hospital. All works is to be carried out by the appointed contractor to prevent further damage of brickwork due to corrosion and expansion of mortar joints in compliance with BRE Digest 401 Table 2. All works to be completed before April 2021.
