Notice Title

Supply of Microsoft Licensing

Notice Description

The supply of Microsoft Licensing covers off three elements of licensing from Microsoft. These are Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), Server and Cloud Enrolment and Cloud Solution Provider. The Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) offers the best value to organisations with 500 or more users or devices that want a manageable volume licensing program that gives them the flexibility to buy cloud services and software licenses under one agreement. The Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE) is an enrollment under the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement that allows committed customers to standardize broadly on one or more key Server and Cloud technologies from Microsoft. A Microsoft EA must be in place to take out a SCE agreement. The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program (CSP) enables partners to directly manage their entire Microsoft cloud customer lifecycle. Additional information: Awarded through the KCS Professional Services Framework - Software Products and Associated Services 2 (Y20011) - OJEU Reference 2019/S 209-509650 - under a Direct Award. The value of the contract has been set at up to PS6 million per annum (PS18 million total contract value). This is an estimated value based on a potential increase in spend on Microsoft Licensing during the term of the agreement. The current spend per annum (2020/2021) for the Supply of Microsoft Licensing is PS2.9 million.
