Notice Description

The Building Fabric General Maintenance and Minor Works framework agreement is for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for further 2 years in two, 12-month increments. In addition, TfGM will enter into a reactive maintenance contract with the highest scoring framework provider and allow direct award option to this provider up to the value of PS30,000 for any individual contract. All requirements with an estimated value above this are to be competed via a further competition. How to apply: Suppliers should register onto Pro-Contract, TfGM's e-tendering portal at https://procontract.due-north.com/register Once registered, suppliers can access the tender using the Pro-Contract reference code DN627687 (Project Title: Building Maintenance).
