2492/476/CW/CYMRU/20 Catering Services The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for Catering Services on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, Chester Road, CH4 0DH. Scope of Requirement The AMRC Wales is the latest centre to be launched by the AMRC in partnership with Welsh Government. Located in Broughton next to the Airbus site, the centre will offer advanced and high-value manufacturing services and support to businesses across all sectors from Wales and beyond. The key output of the AMRC Wales will be to advance the adoption, within Welsh industry, of advanced manufacturing technologies through the development of automation, digital or high value design solutions. There is a requirement for the provision of hospitality to suit a range of requirements from hot and cold refreshments, breakfast and cakes and pastries and sandwich lunches and finger buffets, or canapes. The occasions range from departmental meetings, external visits and celebrations. The expectation is that each hospitality business can provide an extensive range of hot and cold drinks and food, with options available to meet the needs of customers with specific dietary and lifestyle choices. In addition it is important that each company can provide this choice within a varied budget from economy through to luxury or bespoke options. (Numbers to cater - up to 200) Suppliers are asked to provide quotations for their catering packages.
