Call for Competition through Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System. The contract would be fully funded by the supplier in most locations in return for the supplier retaining most of the revenue. The supplier would have responsibility for the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment and would bear the financial risk of its performance.
