The framework will be divided into 6 lots split by construction type and value band * Lot 1A. Construction of specialist and supported housing PS500,000-PS2,000,000 * Lot 1B. Construction of specialist and supported housing PS2,000,000.01-PS4,500,000 * Lot 1C. Construction of specialist and supported housing PS4,500,000.01+ * Lot 2A. Construction of general needs' housing PS500,000-PS2,000,000 * Lot 2B. Construction of general needs' housing PS2,000,000.01-PS4,500,000 * Lot 2C. Construction of general needs' housing PS4,500,000.01+ The framework will run for 4 years with a maximum of 3 contractors per lot. All documents are available on The Chest. All bids must be submitted by the deadline and any queries must be raised via The Chest's messaging function
