This notice is to advise of an intended future opportunity. It is not an invitation to tender, call for competition or a procurement exercise. Blaby District Council, Charnwood Borough Council and Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council are working together to develop a campaign for roll out in Spring 2023 that will aid in the reduction and prevention of youth anti-social behaviour across the council areas. The campaign will have three areas of focus - Young People To secure positive behaviour change by * giving young people an alternative to getting involved in ASB * improving young people's pride and involvement in their local area and community * building confidence amongst young people to promote positive, pro-social norms and behaviours amongst their peers Trusted Adult and Parent/ Carer Bystander Enabling trusted adults and parents/carers to have the confidence and tools to * be active bystanders in the event of anti-social behaviour * signpost young people to appropriate support networks * signpost young people to alternatives to getting involved in ASB Community Increasing community confidence by Promoting the reporting mechanisms and support available to them in respect of ASB * promoting positive narratives around young people and their positive contribution to local communities * promoting positive work that is taking place to tackle ASB The Councils intend to undertake a compliant procurement exercise for this requirement in January 2023 which will be advertised on Contracts Finder. Proposed, indicative dates for the future procurement exercise are: Go-live - 13th Jan Clarification deadline - 1st Feb Tender submission deadline - 10th Feb Award by - early March Contract start - mid March All dates in this notice are indicative only and subject to change.
