Translation and Interpreting service for Wealden District Council as part of its obligation to help improve connectivity and access to services for all communities. To support this the Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant to provide translation and interpretation services to develop strong links between the District Council as the provider of local services and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities in Wealden. The Council is looking for a consultant that can supply translation and interpreting services in four key service areas: bilingual advocacy; translation services; community development; and outreach activities.
