Tender for Forge Mill Farm Play Barn Refurbishment, West Bromwich - AWARD
Notice Description
The alteration, refurbishment and extension of existing agricultural barn, comprising but not limited to: Construction of new insulated concrete slab Construction of a new side single storey extension to existing building comprising of a kitchen, servery, washrooms, education room, store and plant room New insulated roof Removal and replacement of existing timber cladding and purlins Above and below ground drainage works including the installation of a septic tank M&E works - fire alarms, lighting, small power, data, security, CCTV, ventilation, heating and cooling Builders work in connection with services Possible external works Other works The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents. In Order To View and Submit a Tender, you will be required to' Opt-In'. For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website.
