Notice Description
The University of Salford is seeking to select a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the ground, first, and second floors of the Clifford Whitworth Library building; the second floor of the Lady Hale Annexe building; and alteration to the Clifford Whitworth Library external entrance facade. The lowest value has been declared at PS25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
